One Step Seamless Cloning Mix

The DNA seamless cloning technology is a simple, efficient and rapid method for directional cloning inserts to any position of any vector. This product does not rely on T4 ligase and is not restricted by the restriction of the vector and the restriction site of the target fragment. The method of homologous recombination is used directly, and the vector linearized by any method is used to recombine the PCR fragments with 20-25 bp overlapping regions at both ends of the linearized vector using special enzymes. The reaction is fast to achieve directional seamless cloning of 1-5 fragments at 50℃ for 5-15 minutes .
