SuperStar Universal SYBR Master Mix is a dedicated master mix for dye-based (SYBR Green I) real-time qPCR reactions. The core ingredient, SuperFastStar DNA Polymerase, is an antibody-based hot-start DNA polymerase that restores DNA polymerase activity after heating at 95°C for 5 seconds. It has the advantages of strong specificity and high sensitivity, and with a buffer optimized for qPCR at a concentration of 2×. The unique combination of qPCR buffer system and hot-start enzyme effectively inhibits the production of non-specific products and significantly improves the amplification efficiency of qPCR, making it very suitable for qPCR reactions with high specificity, high sensitivity, and high AT and GC templates.
This product is also suitable for qPCR rapid reaction procedures, small volume reactions, and can achieve rapid and accurate detection and quantification of target genes without compromising specificity and high sensitivity.
