Nucleic acid extraction and purification reagents

This kit provides a method for extracting DNA from a sample of faecal supernatant, including DNA from human cells and or Gram-negative bacteria in the sample. The unique buffering system enables the nucleic acid in the lysate to bind to the magnetic beads efficiently and specifically. After washing, the high purity DNA is eluted in the elution buffer or deionized water. The purified DNA has good purity, high yield, no protein, nuclease and other impurities, and can be used for methylation conversion, PCR, fluorescence quantitative PCR and other downstream experiments.
