The product provides a simple, fast and efficient blood DNA extraction method suitable for extracting DNA from 0.3-1.0 mL of anticoagulant blood. In the presence of high salt, the DNA binds to the surface of a silicon coated magnetic bead. After rinsing, the high purity DNA is eluted in Buffer EB or deionized water. The yield of DNA depends on the type of sample, storage conditions, time, and the number of white blood cells in the sample. Usually 10-50 ug of DNA can be extracted from 1 mL of blood. The purified DNA has good purity (A260/280 between 1.7-1.9, A260/230 greater than 2.0) and high integrity, which can be used for downstream experiments such as second-generation sequencing, chip detection and quantitative PCR. The kit can be matched with liquid workstation and magnetic bead automatic extraction system with magnetic rod method, which can easily and quickly carry out large-scale extraction, greatly reducing the workload of experimenters and human error in the experiment.
