Magbead Viral DNA/RNA Kit (Auto Plate)

This kit provides a method for the extraction of viral nucleic acids from cell-free body fluids such as swabs, tissues, faeces, blood, serum and plasma. The unique buffer system enables the nucleic acids in the lysate to bind efficiently and specifically to the magbeads. The nucleic acids obtained are of high purity and stable quality, free from other impurities such as proteins and nucleases, and can be used for various conventional operations including PCR and fluorescent quantitative PCR.
