This product is a cDNA first strand synthesis kit specially prepared for the RT-qPCR experiment, The reverse transcriptase used in this kit is a new highly efficient reverse transcriptase that is recombined and expressed by engineering bacteria of Escherichia coli. It removes the activity of RNase H and enhances its thermal stability. It can synthesize the first strand of cDNA with very low amount of total RNA or mRNA, and the initial sample size can be as low as pg. SuperRT reverse transcriptase has strong affinity to RNA and can read RNA templates with high GC content and complex secondary structure to obtain high yield cDNA.
