Cobuddy DNA Polymerase

Cobuddy DNA Polymerase is a fast, highly efficient, high-fidelity DNA polymerase with 5'-3' DNA polymerase activity and 3'-5' exonuclease activity. The engineered Cobuddy Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase has a polymer-enhanced domain fused with its active region, and the unique structure greatly enhances the fidelity and elongation rate. The fidelity of Cobuddy Super Fidelity DNA Polymerase is 50 times of that of Taq DNA Polymerase and 6 times of that of Pfu Polymerase. Its elongation rate is 2-4 kb/min, which successfully overcomes the defects of low efficiency and slow rate of Pfu polymerase, and greatly shortens the reaction time. This product is particularly suitable for the amplification of long DNA fragments in gene cloning experiments. Especially for >10 kb DNA fragments, the advantage is more obvious, and the fragments amplified are up to 20 kb.This product contains two PCR reaction buffers. The optimized buffer system makes the application of the polymerase more extensive. Even using the complicated genomic DNA as a template, high specificity and amplification of long fragments can be guaranteed. The unique PCR enhancer makes complex templates such as high GC content, secondary structure and repeat sequences can also be efficiently amplified.The 3' end of the PCR product does not have the "A" base and can be cloned directly into a blunt-end vector. For T/A cloning, add "A" to the end of the PCR product. This product has fast extension rate, high efficiency and high fidelity.
